RexRent (formerly Avis and Budget) is a federal car rental service with more than 20 years of experience in the Russian market. The company is part of FLIT Leasing Group within the Insight Leasing structure. It operates according to international service standards and develops modern mobility solutions for private and corporate clients.

We provide vehicles for a wide range of tasks: trips, travel, business travel and corporate needs. The service includes short-term rental, long-term rental (operating lease) and car subscription.

Our mission is to make car rental simple, transparent and predictable for the customer. We aim to remove the barriers that customers often face when renting a car: complicated terms, hidden charges, mileage limits or territory restrictions.

Company history

The company started developing its car rental business in Russia in 2006.

From 2006 to 2022, the company operated under the international Avis and Budget brands, serving as the operator of these brands in the Russian market.

This experience made it possible to build a professional team, implement international service standards and accumulate substantial expertise in fleet management and car rental operations.

After the international brands left the Russian market, the company continued developing under its own RexRent brand while preserving its accumulated experience and customer service standards.

Today, RexRent continues to expand its car rental service and mobility solutions for private clients and businesses across Russia.
